Help With Order Issues

We take pride in minimizing order issues and providing excellent customer service when issues occur.  Have an issue with your order?  Please see the guide below:

Where's My Order?

  • Are you within the processing timeframe?  Orders can take up to 4 business days to ship.
  • Are you within the shipping timeframe?  Once your item ships, it can take up 5 business days to arrive.
  • Have you received your shipping confirmation e-mail?  This e-mail will contain your tracking information and a link to your order status page. 

Order Arrives Damaged

  • If your order arrives damaged please contact us or use the form at the bottom of this page.  We will offer a full refund or a replacement item if your order is damaged in transit.
  • Please provide a photograph of the damage to help speed up the return/refund process.

Order Arrives Late

  • We understand our items are often purchased as birthday gifts, for holidays or special occasions.  When ordering, if you need your item by a specific date please leave us a message in your order notes.
  • Check the processing time and shipping time expectations for your order.  We generally use 2-4 day business processing time and 3-5 business day shipping time.  We typically beat these times, but it could take up to 9 business days for your item to arrive.
  • If your order arrives late due to our error (shipped late, shipped to wrong address, etc) we will refund/reship as necessary.
  • If your order arrives late due to carrier (USPS/FedEX/UPS/DHL/etc) error please contact us or use the form at the bottom of this page.

Order did not Arrive (Lost in Transit)

  • Check your shipping information.  Make sure the correct address is listing.
  • Check your tracking number.  There may have been a delay, address issue, item held at the post office, etc.
  • Tracking information shows "Delivered" but you do not have the order?  Please check mailbox, front door, garage door, etc.  Packages can sometimes be left in the incorrect location.  If  you cannot locate it please contact us or use the form at the bottom of this page.
  • No update to tracking information?  We will work with you and the carrier to locate the package.  Please contact us or use the form at the bottom of this page.

Wrong Item, Wrong Size, Wrong Color

  • Check your order confirmation e-mail and order information.  Does the order you receive match your order details?
  • If we send you the wrong item (or wrong size/color), we will either refund your order or ship you the correct item.

Buyer's Remorse

  • Our items are made to order and we pride ourselves on providing physical products that match the online description perfectly.  We will take full ownership of any order issues that are the result of our error.  If you are instead unhappy with your product please contact us within 30 days of delivery date.
  • We do not accept refunds for buyer's remorse on personalized items.
  • Items that have been used, show signs of wear/damage are not eligible for return.
  • In situations where we accept a buyer's remorse return, buyer is responsible for return shipping.  A refund would not be provided without return of product.
